The use of will power in asana, Abhyasa (repeated practice), Vairagya
(freedom from desire), and how to balance yoga with modern medicine. He
gives poses for reactions to tobacco smoke, low blood sugar, the immune
system and AIDS. Mr. Iyengar demonstrates adapted asanas for: two neck
problems in inversions, broken wrist in dog pose, and sacral
